The LEGO Group is celebrating the launch of 31215 Vincent van Gogh – Sunflowers by hosting a make-and-take event in LEGO Stores in March.
Whether you’re hoping to pick up the newly-revealed LEGO Art set day one or just want a taste of a LEGO sunflower painting to tide you over until you’ve saved up for it, it’s worth heading down to your local LEGO Store in March to take part in the latest make-and-take event. From 10am to 12pm on March and from 12pm to 2pm on March 2 in the UK and Ireland, you’ll be able to build a tiny rendition of van Gogh’s Sunflowers to take home for free.
Limited quantities of the model will be available each day and they’ll be handed out on a first come, first served basis, so make sure to get there early if you want to secure yours. (You’ll probably need to queue.) The Sunflowers make-and-take build will also be available on the continent, with stores in Germany (for example) hosting the event from 3pm to 5pm on March 5 and March 7.
Head over to LEGO.com’s Stores page to check out event timings in your region. The LEGO Group has yet to confirm whether this promotional model will be available in the US, but the most recent make-and-take event – for a Valentine’s Day Heart – took place worldwide, so chances are good that this one will follow suit.
