Eight new LEGO Star Wars summer 2023 sets now available

The LEGO Star Wars universe has expanded once again, with eight new models for summer 2023 now available for purchase.

June was a little too quiet for LEGO Star Wars fans, with only one new set released during the month, that being 75358 Tenoo Jedi Temple. However, that’s all about to change as August 1 brings with it a bounty of builds from a galaxy far, far away, including a Clone Wars battle pack, a retro original trilogy playset, another Jedi Starfighter, two Mandalorian sets and three new mechs.

All eight LEGO Star Wars sets are now available online and in-stores, with a range of builds to suit every age and price point. Leading the charge in terms of size is 75365 Yavin IV Rebel Base, a large-scale recreation of the iconic location from a New Hope that clocks in at 1,067 pieces and includes 12 minifigures, including an exclusive Garven Dreis (Red Leader) and R2-BHD LEGO droid figure.

Fans looking to build out their LEGO Star Wars armies can also add 75359 332nd Ahsoka’s Clone Trooper Battle Pack to their collections. At £18.99 / $19.99 / €20.99, the set is one of the more affordable options released today and offers up a Clone Captain Vaughn minifigure with a special helmet and three 332nd Clone Troopers, plus a Clone Infantry Support Speeder vehicle.

The Mandalorian Season 3 also receives two new sets in the shape of 75361 Spider Tank and 75363 The Mandalorian’s N-1 Starfighter Microfighter. The latter is based on one of the more unique creatures that appeared in the recent live-action Disney+ series, while the latter is a scaled-down version of Din Djarin’s signature craft.

Rounding out the latest LEGO Star Wars sets is 75360 Yoda’s Jedi Starfighter, a 253-piece model that comes with a minifigure of the diminutive Jedi Master and R2-D2, plus 75368 Darth Vader Mech, 75369 Boba Fett Mech and 75370 Stormtrooper Mech, all offering up bulky posable suits for each character, complete with oversized weapons.
