The final major LEGO set releases of 2023 are available from today at LEGO.com worldwide, along with a handful of 2024 sets exclusively in the US.
A new modular building, the latest addition to the Botanical Collection and the 52nd LEGO Ideas set round out 2023 for most regions, marking a major shift in the release scheduled from last year. (December 1, 2022 saw precisely zero new retail set launches.) But the LEGO Group is also mixing things up by debuting a handful of 2024 products early in North America, offering a sneak preview of Sonic, Super Mario and Minecraft sets across the pond.
You’ll find a full round-up of everything available from today below. Two new gifts-with-purchase are also launching at LEGO.com to celebrate the start of the festive period: 40603 Wintertime Carriage Ride is free with orders above £130 / $150 / €150, while 40604 Christmas Décor Set is free with purchases above £65 / $70 / €70. Both of those will be available until December 14, or while stocks last.
LEGO Icons December 2023 sets
10329 Tiny Plants is the latest set to bloom under the Botanical Collection banner, and offers what looks like an entire garden centre in a box that won’t break the bank. Good news if your post-Black Friday budget is tight, then. But if you’ve got the cash to spare, the real headline this month is the arrival of 10326 Natural History Museum. Debuting a month ahead of schedule, this supersized LEGO modular building is absolutely worth being first in line for.

It’s ruffled a few feathers among the LEGO train community, but now that we know it can at least be motorised fairly easily, 21344 The Orient Express Train should be a much easier model to say yes to. It helps that it’s also one of the biggest and most beautiful LEGO trains ever to depart from Billund. Check out our review for more, or head over to LEGO.com to grab your ticket aboard this luxury 20th-century train.

LEGO Minecraft December 2023 sets (US)
Two of the new LEGO Minecraft 2024 sets are out today in the US, offering a sneak peek at what the theme has in store next year. LEGO Super Mario December 2023 sets (US)
Finally, a pair of new LEGO Super Mario expansion sets are out today in the US, one of which is well-timed for the festive season. The LEGO Group may bill the Goomba’s headgear as a ‘winter hat’, but we all know that’s Santa Goomba. Surely the next logical step is a LEGO Super Mario advent calendar? Check out both new sets in the table below.
