There’s an incredible cast of characters in Season 2 of Netflix’s One Piece adaptation, and the LEGO sets on the way this summer include a surprising number of them. Here’s the line-up in full…
Joining the Straw Hat gang and a few familiar Marine faces in this summer’s LEGO One Piece sets are a colourful cast of brand new characters, drawing on the eclectic line-up scattered across the various arcs of Season 2. There are a few notable omissions – Miss Valentine and Mr. 5, for instance – but there are only five playsets here and Luffy, Nami, Zoro, Sanji and Usopp are all essential to the makeup of the show too.
To that end it does feel like the designers have had a bit of a balancing act on their hands, attempting to juggle new and returning characters – but with almost zero repeats across this entire wave, at first glance they look to have nailed it. You can head here for a full look at the sets, but if you’re just interested in the minifigures, here’s every new and exclusive character in the summer wave.
Tony Tony Chopper

The LEGO One Piece team has devised an entirely new element to bring Tony Tony Chopper to life, building on the original baby mould with a piece that now features articulated hands. He shows up across two sets,
Dr. Hiriluk

Tony Tony Chopper’s mentor Dr. Hiriluk is seen exclusively in flashbacks in Season 2 of One Piece, and the summer wave captures those sequences in
Dr. Kureha

Dr. Kureha is also exclusively available in
King Wapol

Arguably the main antagonist of Season 2, King Wapol is executed pretty much perfectly in minifigure form in 75645 Battle at Drum Castle, complete with his mechanical lower jaw and White Walkie hood and cape. His shoulder armour and printed torso and legs round out one of the best LEGO One Piece minifigures for 2026.
Princess Vivi

Despite playing a fairly prominent role across Season 2, Nefertiri Vivi only shows up in a single LEGO One Piece 2026 set, 75645 Battle at Drum Castle. That means we’re only getting her wintery outfit from the final arc of the season, but the head and blue hair are the main pieces you’d need for custom versions anyway.
Dragon

Perhaps the most surprising inclusion across this entire wave is Dragon, a character who only showed up for a few seconds in Season 2 following Luffy’s showdown with Captain Smoker in Loguetown. You’ll find him in the appropriately-named 75642 Showdown with Captain Smoker, complete with dark green hood and purple suit.
Captain Smoker
You can’t have a showdown with Captain Smoker without Captain Smoker, and so it is that Captain Smoker debuts in 75642 Showdown with Captain Smoker. Did you know this guy smokes? You wouldn’t just looking at the LEGO minifigure, because the cigar pockets on his jacket are empty. No surprises there, but otherwise this minifigure is pretty much flawless, both in regular and smoky form.
Tashigi

Tashigi would possibly have made more sense to include alongside Captain Smoker than Dragon, but instead she’s relegated to the largest set of this wave,
Miss All Sunday

You might have expected the LEGO Group to wait until Season 3 to debut Miss All Sunday, not least because she didn’t really seem to fit in with any of the rumoured Season 2 set names, but she too is included in
Mr. 3

To be honest, none of the Baroque Works characters were a given in this wave, but if you want a bunch of them all in one go your best bet is picking up 75644 Dorry vs. Brogy – Giants of Little Garden. There are four of them here, and the biggest draw for many One Piece fans will be Mr. 3, if only for that elaborately-recreated hairpiece that’s just as gloriously daft here as it is in the show.
Miss Goldenweek

Also included in 75644 Dorry vs. Brogy – Giants of Little Garden is Miss Goldenweek, and the LEGO Group has spared no expense here with a brand new hat-and-hair mould, dual-moulded arms and a plastic skirt element. She might not have played the biggest role in Season 2, but she’s one of the most impressive minifigures in this wave.
Mr. 13 and Miss Friday

We’re now out of the realm of minifigures and into brick-built characters, but Mr. 13 and Miss Friday are members of Baroque Works all the same. You’ll find them in 75644 Dorry vs. Brogy – Giants of Little Garden, and it looks like the LEGO Group is already getting more mileage out of Tony Tony Chopper’s new body mould by repurposing it for Mr. 13. Spot those yellow forks for Miss Friday’s feet, too…
Brogy and Dorry

Finally, the headline characters of 75644 Dorry vs. Brogy – Giants of Little Garden are worth a mention here too, not least for the particular scale the LEGO Group has chosen for these warring giants. They’re maybe closest to Giant-Man in 76314 Captain America: Civil War Battle, only shorter and stockier, and they very much look the part even while relying on printed faces.
Check out every LEGO One Piece Season 2 set in the table below or by heading here, including the previously-revealed 75647 Gum-Gum Fruit. Also included among these are a bunch of new variants for the Straw Hat gang, and returning appearances for Garp, Helmeppo and Koby, who originally debuted in 75640 The Baratie Floating Restaurant.
