LEGO 71047 Dungeons & Dragons Minifigures on shelves early in the US

The LEGO Dungeons & Dragons Collectible Minifigures are already appearing on store shelves in the US, so you can start scanning to find your faves with Brick Search now.

71047 Dungeons & Dragons is officially available in LEGO Stores from September 1, but retailers in the US have put the latest blind-boxed series on shelves ahead of time. Redditor auclair3 reports that they were able to pick up a complete set of 12 minifigures from Walmart, for example – so if you want to do the same, it’s worth checking out your local Walmart to see if they’re available.

Make sure to download Brick Search on iOS or Android before you go, as the team has already added a set of codes for US boxes to the app. Simply open it up, select the minifigure scanner, point it at the data matrix code on the bottom of each D&D box (not the larger barcode) and you’ll be able to tell what’s inside. It’s the easiest way to pick up a full series without any duplicates, or just find the characters you’re most interested in from this batch of 12.

While these codes have yet to be verified, it’s very likely that they’ll work for any boxes you find, but either way please get in touch with the Brick Search team by emailing andrew@tiromedia.co.uk.
