LEGO Ideas launches dream holiday contest

A new contest on LEGO Ideas is offering builders the chance of having their ‘dream holiday’ build turned into an official LEGO gift with purchase set.

The latest LEGO Ideas contest has launched, offering a bumper prize package and the opportunity for one fan to see their creation become an official LEGO set. To enter the contest, fans must build a model between 150 and 250 elements that represents their dream holiday. The winning entry will be turned into a gift with purchase LEGO set (the type that are free with orders at LEGO.com).

Here is the official explanation of what the criteria is:

Your dream holiday... What does that look like? Is it enjoying a meal with friends and family? Is it exploring coral reefs in tropical waters? In this contest, we’re asking you to come up with a small model that helps turn that holiday into THAT holiday. It could be a rowing boat to go fishing in, a picnic bench to enjoy a BBQ with. Use your own holidays or your dream holidays as inspiration!
