LEGO Ideas sets new record in huge review round

The LEGO Ideas platform has set a new record for the number of projects to gain 10,000 supporters – and the votes aren't slowing down.

LEGO Ideas has been having quite the moment lately, with dozens of LEGO sets speeding past the 10,000 votes mark. To catch everyone up, we've rounded up all the recent successful projects in one list below, bringing us up to a massive grand total of 74 projects. It doesn't appear to be slowing down either, with plenty more projects at over 9,500 votes and fast approaching the 10K milestone.

That's the biggest LEGO Ideas review round ever, beating out the previous record holder, the first review round of 2023, which had 71 projects. Catch up on the recent additions below, with a full table of all 74 projects at the bottom of this page.

ATEEZ - ANITEEZ Sail Boat Set

Inspired by K-pop group ATEEZ, fan designer artistnameseven has represented characters from the band's plush line in a fan-designed build based on LEGO BrickHeadz in ATEEZ - ANITEEZ Sail Boat Set.

"The idea initially started as a set of eight Chonky Brickheadz characters," explained the fan designer. "However, after some feedback from both the community and my initial submissionm I have scaled the sail boat to fit each character and make them a set."

Balloon Dog

brxstr's Balloon Dog is designed for display, using ball joints to create semi-posable limbs. There are some creative parts usage here, from the floral element on the nose to represent the tying off point to the use of large moulded elements for the smooth curves of the dog.

Shrek’s Swamp

The designer of 21355 The Evolution of STEM is Daniel Bradley, known on the platform as ZeusBricks, is back with another version of Shrek’s Swamp, after already qualifying for consideration at the end of 2023. While it wasn't approved then, the updated design now includes some of what Daniel calls 'Fiona touches' as she has now moved into the brick-built home. There's also an expansion to include the swamp, with details like Shrek's ear wax candles and Duloc souvenir photo), and a fresh 'BEWARE OGRES'.

SUBNAUTICA: Wonders of the Crater

megabricks_SD's SUBNAUTICA: Wonders of the Crater recreates survival/ horror game Subnautica's environment, with an 80cm long posable reaper leviathan model. To bring the set to life, there's also accessories and details from the ocean planet setting you/

Operational Muppet Theatre

Operational Muppet Theatre comes from the creative mind of ProfessorSensitiveDandelion on LEGO Ideas, complete with an impressive array of minifigures and buildable characters, including (deep breath): Robin the Frog, Pepé the King Prawn, Sam Eagle, Rizzo, Dr. Teeth, Floyd Pepper, Zoot, Mahna Mahna, The Snowthsm, Muppet Newsman, Beauregard, Captain Link Hogthrob, Dr. Julius Strangepork, Foo-Foo, Miss Piggy’s Dog, Waldo C. Graphic, Walter, and Lew Zealand.

The Peace Lilly

In a similar style to LEGO Botanicals 10311 Orchid, BriBricks has rendered a peace lily in brick form with The Peace Lilly. Made up of 697 elements, there's also the introduction of new piece from the hopeful fan designer, as well as a brick-built vase incldued in the project.

Seashells Collection

Following in the sandy footsteps of 21341 The Insect Collection, fan designer 2A2A (real name Anna, who also designed 21345 Magic of Disney) has recreated a wealth of beachy trappings, inlduing specific shells, such as strombus, nautilus, scallops, murex, ceriths, coquina, junonia, oliva, and trochidae. Seashells Collection is the ideal summery set, becoming the 74th set in the current LEGO Ideas review.
