LEGO Insiders double points and GWP go live down under

The Australian LEGO online store has gone live with a double Insiders points event and free 40701 Ballerina & Nutcracker Scene GWP.

The LEGO Group recently confirmed details of an upcoming double Insiders points and GWP promotion due to kick off this week, via email newsletters sent to select fans. The good news is that the event is now live in Australia, with the official online store having full details of everything that's available and what other territories might expect to receive.

As previously reported, LEGO Insiders members can score double points on all purchases (except for pre-orders), with the promotion running from December 6 to December 10 in that region. That means those looking to purchase all-new 2025 models such as 10350 Tudor Corner and boost the contents of their digital wallet will miss out on earning 10% cashback, but there are still plenty of recent builds well worth picking up.

In addition, 40701 Ballerina & Nutcracker Scene has also popped up down under as a free GWP with qualifying spends of $240 AUD and over from December 6 to December 12 (while stocks last). The 244-piece set recreates the iconic story in brick-built form, complete with rotating ballerina minifigure.

40701 Ballerina & Nutcracker Scene also includes a LEGO Christmas tree and a window looking out into the starry night sky, plus a microfigure representing the Nutcracker. It’s worth noting that there’s no sign of the reported 40702 Christmas Picture Frame GWP on the Australian online store, which was said to be available with spends of £65 / $70 / €70.
