LEGO Insiders updated to 'limit reselling from qualifying'

The terms and conditions for LEGO Insiders accounts have been updated, making BrickLink sellers ineligible for accounts and reward points.

The LEGO Group has made a change to the terms and conditions for LEGO Insiders, aiming to limit reselling activity from qualifying for the programme. The full updated passage in the terms and conditions regarding this change can be found below.

'A LEGO Account is required for using www.Bricklink.com. If you're a corporation, association, or other legal entity registering for LEGO Insiders to create a LEGO Account for activities like becoming a BrickLink Seller, please note that you won't be eligible for the LEGO Insiders program. Attempting to use the account to access Rewards or Benefits or to earn or redeem Points under the LEGO Insiders program will be considered a breach of these Terms and Conditions.'
