LEGO Japan has teased the upcoming wave of LEGO Monkie Kid sets, suggesting a reveal is just around the corner.

That leaves three totally unknown sets, and six we still need images of. Thankfully, it sounds like we don't have too much longer to wait, as LEGO Japan's Twitter account has posted a teaser of the new wave.
If your Japanese is a little rusty, allow us (or Google) to translate: "In the spring of 2021, a new legend begins. Stay tuned for future announcements!"
Okay, so that doesn't give us a whole lot to go on, but it suggests the LEGO Group is at least gearing up to a reveal in the near future. And, you know, we're only a few weeks away from being able to buy them, so we'll need to see them soon.
The first two waves of Monkie Kid sets are available to order now at LEGO.com, including the brilliant 80012 Monkey King Warrior Mech (which you'll also find in our Top 20 LEGO Sets List – it's just that good). A miniature version of that set is also reportedly on the way later this year in a new Monkie Kid polybag.
