LEGO Marvel summer set confirms new mini modular subtheme

A new mini modular LEGO Marvel subtheme appears to have been confirmed, thanks to the reveal of an upcoming summer 2025 set.

The LEGO Marvel theme is about to expand once again this summer, with a diverse range of new sets having been officially revealed this week. A total of seven upcoming builds are on the way in the months to come, ranging in size and price from 76320 Iron Man & War Machine vs. Hammer Drones right up to 76324 Spider-Man vs. Oscorp.

Also joining the LEGO Marvel line-up will be 76317 Peter Parker’s Apartment, a 394-piece set launching on August 1, 2025. In addition to the building, four minifigures and a spider robot, the model also seems to confirm our original suspicions regarding a mini modular LEGO Marvel subtheme.

As previously speculated, the sides and tops of 76311 Miles Morales vs. The Spot and 76317 Peter Parker’s Apartment both feature open studs and Technic pin connections, allowing the latter model to be stacked on top of the other or attached next to it.

The result would be a four-storey LEGO Marvel model, one that could potentially be expanded even further if more such sets are released in the future. In addition, 76317 Peter Parker’s Apartment can also be connected to 76324 Spider-Man vs. Oscorp, allowing for additional play and display options.
