LEGO NINJAGO to expand with Crossroads podcast

LEGO NINJAGO's latest cross-media project to go alongside the main animated series has been revealed as an in-universe podcast.

The new Crossroads Crosstalk podcast is set in the fictional Crossroads and hosted by characters Kreel and Lobbo from the Dragons Rising series. The duo will aim to answer important and not-so-important questions, and will be joined by characters from the NINJAGO universe.

These will include Ton-Rap, voiced by Giles Panton, Intelligent George, voiced by Bill Newton, Spinjitzu-For-Days-99, voiced by Devan Mack , and Fugi Dove, voiced Adrian Petriw. There's no prize for guessing who might be using the aliases of Ton-Rap and Spinjitzu-For-Days-99, but this suggests that there will be some interesting lore drops in the series, depending on when it takes place.

The six-episode mini-series is written by Ninjago writing duo, Kevin Burke & Chris “Doc” Wyatt and is aimed at fans aged six to 14 years old. The episodes will also feature jingles and tunes composed by Johnathan Pushkar, also known as MiniSuperHeroesToday.

The first two episodes will be available on the NINJAGO website on October 7, 2025, with a new episode dropping weekly until November 4. You can look forward to a trailer for the series at some point today, but it has not been revealed at the time of writing.

Similar to the last couple of cross-media NINJAGO projects, the LEGO Magazine will feature a comic, and the LEGO Play app will have activities to complete while you listen, helping to promote the mini-series. Crossroads Crosstalk should help to keep NINJAGO fans entertained while we wait for the 15th anniversary next year, bolstered by the familiar voices.
