LEGO secretly adds new gifts-with-purchase to the online store

Up to three LEGO gifts-with-purchase are currently available with qualifying orders online, including two the LEGO Group has added seemingly in secret.

40706 Micro NINJAGO City Markets is currently free with orders above £20 in the UK and $20 in the US, which stacks with 40778 Winter Gazebo (free with all orders above £135 / $150 / €150 through December 9). 40596 Magic Maze has also returned stateside, available with orders above $85. That means you can earn three different freebies with a single $150 order in the US.

The LEGO Offers & Sale page mysteriously makes no mention of 40706 Micro NINJAGO City Markets or 40596 Magic Maze, though, so we’ve only deduced those thresholds by adding a random assortment of sets to our bag at LEGO.com and checking if they trigger. It’s the same approach the LEGO Group took earlier this week with 40750 Micro NINJAGO City Gardens, which was briefly available with orders above £20 / $20 at LEGO.com.

Why isn’t the LEGO Group shouting loud and proud about these freebies? Your guess is as good as ours, but if you’ve got some budget left from Black Friday – maybe you want to pre-order your most anticipated 2026 sets, because those count towards gifts-with-purchase again at the moment too – now’s the time to place an order, especially if you’re in the US.

Given the full details of the two smaller GWPs haven’t been communicated, we don’t know how long they’ll be available for – but the micro Gardens set was really only around for a few days, so it could be the same story here. 40778 Winter Gazebo, meanwhile, will be available until December 9 or while stocks last.
