Four LEGO Star Wars: Pieces of the Past ships we need

Four LEGO Star Wars: Pieces of the Past ships we need

There are multiple mixed-up vessels in LEGO Star Wars: Rebuild the Galaxy – Pieces of the Past and here are four such models we want to see released.

LEGO Star Wars: Rebuild the Galaxy – Pieces of the Past has finally dropped on Disney+, with the animated sequel to last year’s offering boasting four fun episodes packed with alternate takes on existing fan-favourite characters, worlds and ships.

Speaking of the latter, we spotted a number of mixed-up craft in LEGO Star Wars: Rebuild the Galaxy – Pieces of the Past that could make for appealing future sets. Each of the ships mashes together familiar (and some unreleased to date) vessels to create something new and unique that we’ve not seen before.

With that in mind, here are four such LEGO Star Wars: Rebuild the Galaxy – Pieces of the Past ships we want to see released at some point.

1 – The Landolorian’s N-1 Crest

Briefly glimpsed in the first episode of the new show, the suave bounty hunter’s vessel looks to be a combination of 75325 The Mandalorian’s N-1 Starfighter and the now-retired 75292 The Razor Crest. This could be an easy craft for fans to make themselves, although some creative license would be required in order to achieve its distinctive shape.

2 – The Oblivion Runner

LEGO Star Wars: Rebuild the Galaxy – Pieces of the Past smashes a trio of vehicles into one to create a signature ship for its arch villain, Solitus. What we’re looking at here is a section of 75244 Tantive IV attached to a Trade Federation battleship, with a pair of AT-AT Walker heads at the front, making this one of the most unique craft in the whole series.

3 – Sith X-Bomber

Also long-since-retired is 75188 Resistance Bomber from 2017, which has been retooled in LEGO Star Wars: Rebuild the Galaxy – Pieces of the Past and combined with parts from an X-Wing. The result is a striking black, red and grey ship that would be at home in every fan’s collection.

4 – BB-Wing

Rounding out this quartet of bizarre builds is a craft assembled by Sig Greebling on Naboo, the BB-Wing. Essentially a mash-up between a giant-sized BB-8 and 75050 B-wing, the ship matches the colour scheme of the white and orange astromech and even adds a cockpit body for Luke Skywalker to sit inside and pilot the ship.

It’s worth noting that only one model has spun out of LEGO Star Wars: Rebuild the Galaxy – Pieces of the Past so far, with 75414 The Force Burner Snowspeeder currently available to purchase for £44.99 / $54.99 / €49.99.

All four episodes of LEGO Star Wars: Rebuild the Galaxy – Pieces of the Past are now streaming on Disney+ for subscribers to watch.
