The LEGO Group is hosting a Black Friday preview event next week, and has already started teasing the reveal of new sets, giveaways and more.

The biggest shopping event of the year is upon us – Black Friday realistically runs a full month now – and we’re just weeks away from the big day itself. The LEGO Group’s promos this year are now confirmed to include a new set and at least one gift-with-purchase, both of which will be revealed in a livestream event at LEGO.com on November 8.

According to the teaser video and blurb for the online event, we can expect a preview of ‘the new Black Friday set and gift-with-purchase’, along with the chance to win a signed copy of said set or one of 30 $100 gift cards (if you’re in the US, presumably). The event will also include a designer Q&A streamed directly from Billund.

The landing page doesn’t give much more away at the moment, but it’s safe to expect something pretty big for the Black Friday set. For the last few years, the LEGO Group has saved its biggest releases of the year for Black Friday, including (but not limited to) 10276 Colosseum, 10294 Titanic, 75313 AT-AT and 10307 Eiffel Tower. Whatever’s on the cards for 2023 will hopefully have just as much of an impact on shelves. (And probably also our wallets.)

The Black Friday preview event will kick off at 6.30pm ET, which is 11.30pm GMT, so best get ready for a late night on this side of the pond. In the meantime, prepare for the main event by bookmarking our LEGO Black Friday deals page, and checking back regularly in the run-up to November 24.
