New LEGO City 40170 accessory set found

A new LEGO City, 40170, has been found in a Singapore shop. Brickset reports that 40170, that the website are dubbing ‘City Expansion Pack’, includes a selection of useful little accessory builds that would make sense to add to a City layout.

An additional new set is revealed on the back of the box, 853656, that seems to be a play mat based set with a few extra little bits thrown in. The set was found in a LEGO Certified Store in Singapore, and will presumably show up at more locations around the world in due course.
