New LEGO Jurassic World fossil skeleton set teased

New LEGO Jurassic World fossil skeleton set teased

The LEGO Group's most recent Instagram post may have revealed a second massive model, in the form of a teased Triceratops skeleton.

Watch closely at the start of the most recent LEGO Instagram reel for a new Jurassic Park Jeep set and you may have spotted some kind of fossil model being advertised at a Jurassic Park LEGO store.

The sign advertises a new product at the store, depicting a skeleton of a Triceratops. Whether ot not this is a new set is unclear, but the LEGO Group does occasionally tease product releases in this way. Should the Triceratops skeleton be a model, it would follow in the footsteps of 76968 Dinosaur Fossils: Tyrannosaurus rex. That build expanded on the concept of 76964 Dinosaur Fossils: T. rex Skull.

It's worth noting that the only other fossil model currently on shelves is 76969 Dinosaur Fossils: Triceratops Skull, of which an expansion as a full set would fall into the same category as 76968 Dinosaur Fossils: Tyrannosaurus rex.

You can check out the other new LEGO Jurassic Park set revealed in the teaser by checking out our original report. We'll let you know as soon as we know about the future of this theme, including any other skeleton models.
