My personal recommendations in the latest LEGO double points event

My personal recommendations in the latest LEGO double points event

Double LEGO Insiders points are available on selected sets for a limited time only, so here’s what I’d grab from the current crop if I were you.

A total of 186 different LEGO sets are currently eligible for double points – equivalent to 10% cashback – at LEGO.com in the UK, while just eight are in contention over in the US. But no matter where you’re shopping, I’ve got a couple of personal recommendations for sets to pick up from this selection, having already pieced them together either for myself or for a review on Brick Fanatics.

Check them out below, and let me know if any of them are on your shopping list in the comments.

31215 Vincent van Gogh – Sunflowers

LEGO Art 31215 Vincent van Gogh Sunflowers review 2 807x1024

This is the sleeper hit of 2025 for me, and probably the best LEGO Art set so far. It doesn’t necessarily do anything revolutionary over 31208 Hokusai – The Great Wave, its closest contemporary in format and style, but 31215 Vincent van Gogh – Sunflowers’ smart use of colour and sparing use of studs makes it pop just that little bit more. Double points nets you £17 back in the UK and $20 back in the US.

71821 Cole's Titan Dragon Mech

LEGO NINJAGO 71821 Coles Titan Dragon Mech critique 1 1024x1024

NINJAGO has just dropped what’s probably the mech of the year again in 71846 The Fire Knight Mech, but I’d urge you to first consider 71821 Cole's Titan Dragon Mech if it’s not in your collection already. It’s the O.G. NINJAGO mech for adults and looks awesome on display, even if it’s a little bit tricky to pose (as you might expect for its sheer size and weight). It’s also retiring in 2025

76968 Dinosaur Fossils: Tyrannosaurus rex

LEGO Jurassic Park 76968 Dinosaur Fossils Tyrannosaurus rex review 2 1024x683

While van Gogh’s Sunflowers is a contender for the sleeper hit of the year in my books, 76968 Dinosaur Fossils: Tyrannosaurus rex is up there too, which was a big surprise for me as I wasn’t expecting to like it as much as I do. It’s got pride of place on top of my drinks cabinet at the moment – it’s the sort of set that can stand in for proper grown-up décor – and is available with double points in both the UK and the US right now.

76269 Avengers Tower

LEGO Marvel 76269 Avengers Tower review 11 683x1024

My final two recommendations are both singular instalments in ongoing series, both come in at high prices (which means high returns in points) and are both exclusively available at LEGO.com (so this is really your best time to buy). First up is 76269 Avengers Tower, which makes subsequent superhero buildings like the X-Mansion look puny and insignificant by comparison. You can go big or go home, and the designers definitely went big here. You’ll earn £43 back in points with this one.

71799 NINJAGO City Markets

LEGO NINJAGO 71799 NINJAGO City Markets review 3 1024x888

Finally, 71799 NINJAGO City Markets is all but essential for anyone who’s already on the hook for the NINJAGO City series, and is due to depart shelves by the end of 2025. Don’t miss what could be one of your last opportunities to buy it at all, let alone with double points, because this 64-stud-wide set is also one of the series’ best. I will admit it’s lacking a few extra market stalls, but hey, if you want a little build project to work on, this one’s for you…

Double LEGO Insiders points are available on selected sets through August 31, 2025. If you’re shopping from the UK, you can also choose one of three polybag gifts-with-purchase at checkout through the end of the month when spending at least £35.
