Optimus is the LEGO Group’s first-ever Transformers set, and the result of an unprecedented collaboration with rival toy manufacturer Hasbro. The 1,508-piece model originally debuted in mid-2022 under the LEGO Icons banner, and stands more than 35cm tall in robot mode. It also packs in 19 different points of articulation, so you’ll never run out of ways to display it.

You’ll find plenty of details built into the model too, from the opening chest chamber (which contains the Autobot Matrix of Leadership) to the ion blaster and Energon cube.
